Affordable accommodations for families in the heart of Edgartown.

Situated in the heart of Edgartown on picturesque Pease Point Way, our grounds provide privacy and atmosphere for your home away from home. There is a swimming pool for guests, bike-racks, a playground for the kids, outdoor picnic areas with barbecue grills and free WiFi.

Access from the Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs ferries is a breeze using the island bus service, on our doorstep. We also have ample on-site parking for our guests but don't feel as if you need to bring your car when you can bike the entire island on the wonderful network of bike paths.

Our grounds are surrounded by 100 year old elm trees and pink roses where you can sit outside and relax in the shade from the summer sun. Pull up in the circular driveway and check in at our Old North Schoolhouse building c. 1850, and let our friendly crew tell you about the wonders and secrets of Martha's Vineyard from dining to beaches and ancient conservation lands to local artisans and musicians.

Edgartown Commons is one block from the Island Shuttle Bus stop, so access from the Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs ferry is a breeze. We also have ample on-site parking, but don't feel as if you need to take your car, when you can take your bike and connect to the Island by the wonderful network of Bike Paths, on bus shuttles right at our doorstep.
